| 内容記述 | Many local governments are striving for nature-conservation movement. However, there are often big differences in the plans and actual activities. Then, a ten-year plan of a certain local government was analyzed to examine a relation to nature. The plan mentions, (1) creation and preservation of greens, (2) preservation of beautiful scenery of greens, (3) preservation of beautiful riverbank, and (4) preservation of green environment. However, the actual contents of a plan are as follows, (1) maintenance of playground and lodgings, (2) preservation of farmland, appropriate land development and preservation of a cultural properties, (3) maintenance of riverbank protection and multipurpose use, (4) reduction of waste, maintenance of a waste disposal plants and promotion of clean-up campaign within the communities. As you can see, some of them run counter to the spirit of nature-conservation and some don't even belong to the headings. Therefore, some proposals were made about the above.(a) A division of the plan is not precise. (b) Budget must not be used only for buildings. (c) We must utilize natural resources that we have now. | |||||
