In a field experiment using moving routers by constructing a small-scale network assuming a local natural disaster, I measured the data acquisition time of disaster information acquired from the publisher and cache. In addition, in a simulation experiment by constructing a large-scale network assuming a wide-area natural disaster, I measured the average number of hops and the average data download time.
