| 内容記述 | Status and consciousness investigations on obesity were carried out as a basic study for determining a health prescription. The subjects were 488 female and 152 male students at junior college. Results were summarized as follows. 1) The appearance of obesity and mild obesity were very low in both sexes. And we could not deny possibility that it's low values were influenced by the experience of diet in the case of females. 2) In the case of females the groups gaining weight was powerfully conscious of obesity and approximately 40% of the students in the group getting thinner still wanted to get thinner too. In conclusion, it is considered such trends are not good for their health maintenance. |
