Fukuoka junior College of Technology (F J C T, for short) is no exception. Taking the balance be­tween the two into consideration, we have always made a great effort to keep the quality of our educa­tion comprehensibly and reshape the curriculum into a better one, if necessary, to let our students ac­quire the firm knowledge about information systems during the course of two years. \nHow should we put our ideals into practice? The most important factor to produce students of high skills depends on each professor who constantly devotes himself to enriching the contents of sub­jects he teaches. For this reason, the contents of subjects have to be in the constant process of being analyzed, modified and revised. \nThis paper attempts to analyze the contents of lectures and exercises for programming I per­formed at F JCT from 1994 to 2001, and investigate future themes for better education.
