On the other hand, nature which is the most important factor for people to live has been de­stroyed. A conservation movement has protected resources for many years. However, rapid economic development and the population growth are destroying nature faster than its recovery. \nTo stop the destruction of nature, people need to change the way of thinking to begin with. And the ideal way of coping with nature is for people to learn about the basic ways of thinking and activi­ties. However, Japan has greatly changed because of economic changes. For that reason, it has become difficult to learn them in our lives. Now, environmental studies are being taught as a part of school education, but this also seem to have a little problem. \nIn this study, we proposed the need of the following: (1) a basic education and training as the way to cope with society at home, (2) an education of a competitive spirit at school, (3) bringing up talents including many different fields, (4) learning at play, (5) a place for practicing the result of education and training.
