The Kraepelin-task is a calculation task of addition of a one-digit number to another for a definite period of time and subjects are asked to answer it as many and correctly as possible. The result implies that longer viewing distance would decrease wrong answers and improve accuracy of calculation, and it also implies that longer viewing distance would alleviate an amount of increase of physiological fatigue added during the calculation and make physical fatigue less severe except on eyes.
