This cryostat can cool the samples down to 1.5 K and is equipped with 14 T superconducting magnet. The resistance standard originating from the conductance quantization was accurately measured by the quantum Hall effect measurement in a Si-modulation-doped AlGaAs/GaAs single heterostructure, in which high-mobility two-dimensional electron channel was formed. In addition, diamagnetic levitation of bismuth was successively observed.
