A review of research on brand marketing as well as that on organizational psychology and the identity theory indicated that a corporate brand might be able to attract and orient customer contact employees to their organization. Further, certain processes at work enable individuals to incorporate elements of their organizational identity into their collective self. The mechanism of these processes can be explained by social identity, self-categorization, and self-regulation theories.
