However, as far as the authors know, the water contamination of the non-thermal food processing system has not been investigated in past studies. For this reason, in this paper, we discuss the copper contamination in the non-thermal food processing system. To evaluate the copper contamination, we conducted the experiments using a water examination device for 100 samples.
