In fact, the strong wariness to the active euthanasia by the French law was already shown in the transfusion refusal case. The French law finds the euthanasia in the transfusion refusal, and considers that accepting a transfusion refusal means accepting “the subjective right about an own life”. Thus, in the world of law, the claim of subjective “right to die”is sealed in France, and the President repeats and confirms this in the latest reply to Remy Salvat.
