| 内容記述 | This study presents a method that embeds documents and words from free-response texts into low-dimensional latent spaces and visualizes their relationships through a joint probability density. By visualizing joint probability density, the approach enables bidirectional exploration: analysts can select a document to highlight its salient keywords or choose a keyword to locate relevant documents. Integrating probabilistic latent semantic analysis further decomposes the joint distribution into a sum of topic components, allowing topic visualization. Applied to free-response texts from a data science class, the method extracted lecture-aligned topics, revealed characteristic terms in each comment, and visualized relationships among documents mediated by keywords. | |||||||
