          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">The proximity induced superconductivity mediates the superconducting coherence away from the superconductors and causes interesting phenomena but the interface barriers, such as roughness, magnetism, oxidation, hamper the penetration of the Cooper pairs and reduce the superconducting amplitude. In order to eliminate the difficulties which suppress the proximity superconductivity, a new fabrication process is invented for an FIT clean room. This new process enables us to deposit materials on the substrates without exposing them to the air after cleaning the surface.</datacite:description>
